3. Fees and Payments

EccoAPI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are non-refundable once purchased. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the prompts and images you provide to our API. However, by using the service, you grant us the necessary rights to process your data through our underlying AI model providers.

5. Limitation of Liability

EccoAPI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
